Remember this skirt? I got the chance to try it out.
The material is smooth and silky to the touch like all Lovelysally fabric. I suggest going a size down on these skirts, as they don't fit super tightly.
The orange of the scarf brings this otherwise icy outfit into the warmer colour spectrum.
skirt c/o lovelysally, boots from spring, jacket c/o shopakira, top c/o clubcouture.
Now I'm off to watch some documentaries. I'm in that sort of mood. Comment if you have any favourites you think I should watch!

Love the skirt!

I really like the mix of cool and warm tones in this outfit. The skirt has such a neat pattern too! This outfit reminds me that I'd love to have a couple scarves like that. My scarf collection is seriously lacking and they can add so much to an outfit, just like your orange one does!
ReplyDeletecute skirt.. :)

Some of my favorite documentaries (and one's I think you might enjoy as well):
ReplyDeleteStone Reader (<-- a movie about reading)
Marina Abramović: The Artist Is Present
How to Draw a Bunny
I'll probably think of more later, but this is a good start.
Never heard of any of these, but I looked them up and will definitely be checking them out.

It depends on what you are into but I love anything by David Attenborough, his voice is so soothing and he goes to the most interesting places! If you are into nature/animal stuff he is amazing. You look lovely, that scarf is such a great colour, and I love your necklace xo
ReplyDeleteI usually like controversial topics but sometimes I'm in more of a relaxed mood for animal docs. Will definitely check it out!

Very bright autumn leaves are beautiful.
The ancient capital of Japan, please search Kyoto.

DeleteHmmm, documentaries? As your post is rather icy themed (and I love Alaska) may I suggest some based there? From what I've seen it has a beautiful diverse landscape.
ReplyDeleteI'm working my way through shows filmed there.
this is so ethereal!! that skirt is amazing! :D
ReplyDeleteNEW BLOG
Controversial documentaries! Have you seen "Capturing the Friedmans"? This one will make you think twice about... well, a whole lot of things (piano lessons, clowns, your neighbors, the police, etc). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPIItjZIb_w
ReplyDeleteYeah I have seen that one actually! That case was completely mind boggling and I couldn't even decide what I felt about it in the end.
DeleteMost of my favorite films are like that. When you reach the end of the story, you are left with more questions than answers. Two excellent examples:
Delete- The Virgin Suicides http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGAT8rH1qYM
- Interview http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCHUibmnZi4
Have you seen either of those two films? Add um to your list!
you are perfectly amazing ♥♥♥
