Heel Tank Dress

The first style that I want to try this spring/summer are these types of strappy heels. I kid you not, I was repulsed by any type of strap formal sandal for years, and now suddenly I actually think it's a very feminine and cool style. Strange how opinions change.I've browsed variations of these shoes, and I think I like the ones that have a thin band strap like the second shoe instead of a full cover like the first shoe, and I like the heel to be thin yet wide...so imagine the second shoe's heel with less width between the front and back. Where can I find this dream shoe? Any ideas?

I want to add in basics to my wardrobe such as simple and summery tank tops. I like scoop or deep v-neck styles in a jersey  or light material. The second black tank top is actually a body suit, which is nice because it tucks better into bottoms.

I've worn a few maxi dresses in the past, but this year I want to wear tank top/vest style dresses. While I want to stay away form high/low hems (Not too into that trend), I really like when these dresses have details like the crochet waist in the first dress.
