While I'm sitting here covered in a thick blanket of snow, the Patterns Lost in Horizons shirt helps me mind-travel away to the Greek islands...Well, I probably won't make it to those parts of the world for awhile but I'm loving this style of shirt for the summer here in Winnipeg. This simple tank features a faded geometric print, and I can imagine it looking pretty sweet with shorts (although I'm not sure what colour denim - since it is a blue top).

Next on my list are these unique pull-on shorts, entitled the Zip-up Gilded Shorts. I can't decide if they are gangster or MC Hammer. Or arabian. Or maybe artist because of the metallic splatters? Regardless, I like them. I would pair them with a loosey black tank top tucked in and some sort of black flats (or strappy heels if you're feeling sassy).

For me, the crochet trend will definitely continue into summer 2013. I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of the white version of this top. I am planning on wearing it with high-waisted black jeans and a blazer with my hair pulled back. I'm not sure if a necklace is needed with this sort of top, since it is already quite intricate and detailed as is. Click here for white, here for black and here for natural!
